The Weekend (Feb 9th & 10th)

This past weekend on Saturday we went to the Bay Minette Mardi Gras Parade with some of the family.  Nanna was happy because she had all 6 of her grandchildren together.

Evan was in the picture taking mood.

Unfortunately the parade wasn't as long as it has been in the past few years, but it was enough to satisfy our kids.  P caught a big bag of beads and E caught a little bit of candy.

On Sunday, we went to church with my dad then on the way back we took the kids by GGs house so they could play with the Koger girls (they are visiting from out of town).  We had originally planned on only leaving Parker but Evan decided he wanted to stay as well.  Since then Evan refers to them as his new friends and has asked to go see them every morning and every evening.  I'm guessing he really enjoyed playing with them.  That's about all we did.
