Summer Vacation 2013

For summer vacation this year we went to Gatlinburg, TN instead of the beach.  We had lots of fun.  I did miss being lazy at the beach some but still enjoyed this vacation a lot.  I'm apologizing now for all the pics. 

On Monday we went to the Aquarium in Gatlinburg and then walked the strip for just a little bit.

On Tuesday we decided to drive over the mountain to go to Ghost Town in the Sky and to feed the bears in Cherokee.  Ghost Town in the Sky was remodeling so we didn't do that.  The original place we went to feed the bears was shut down.  Thank goodness we passed another place to feed the bears.  This was everybody else's first time to drive over the mountain so we did stop on the line to take pictures.

Momma also wanted to go to Parrot Mountain because she thought Parker and Evan would like it.  Well lets just say they are not bird lovers right now.  Evan didn't want anything to do with them. 

 Parker did give it a shot but then they got to noisy and she had had enough.

Wednesday evening we went to the Nascar go-cart track.  They were both excited they got to drive a go-cart.

Thursday we drove through Cade's Cove.

That's all we did for our vacation.
